We love that you own your Genesis Robos! When you own an Optimus Arena NFT, you own the underlying cryptographic asset completely. However, the overarching lore, art styles, logos, and the Optimus Arena brand remain the intellectual property of our creative team. You are free to trade and use your NFTs within the ecosystem, but please refrain from using our brand assets to create commercial spin-offs without chatting with us first.

Interacting with the blockchain requires "Gas" fees paid directly to the network miners/validators. These are standard Web3 network costs and are out of our control. Additionally, because our community is global, it is your responsibility to understand and manage any local taxes associated with your blockchain interactions or in-game rewards.
The Optimus Arena platform and its smart contracts are provided for your enjoyment "as is" and "as available." While our team pours our hearts into striving for perfection, there are no absolute guarantees or warranties. By playing, you agree that the team won't be held liable for indirect or accidental issues that might arise during your gaming experience. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You assume all risks associated with use of your User Content, including any reliance on its accuracy, completeness or usefulness by others, or any disclosure of your User Content that personally identifies you or any third party. We have no obligation to review or monitor, and do not approve, endorse or make any representations or warranties with respect to, User Content, including without limitation any User Content embodied by or otherwise made available through the Services.
Acceptable Use and Our Rights: You hereby represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate our community standards and you alone may be liable if your User Content breaches Applicable Laws (including defamation laws) or the rights of a third party (including IP rights). Deletion and Backups: Optimus Arena is not obligated to backup any User Content, and your User Content may be deleted at any time without prior notice. You are solely responsible for creating and maintaining your own backup copies of your User Content if you desire.
License: You hereby grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Optimus Arena an irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty-free and fully paid, worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, publicly display and perform, prepare derivative works of, incorporate into other works, and otherwise use and exploit your User Content, and to grant sublicenses of the foregoing rights, to provide and improve the Services and our other products and services. You hereby irrevocably waive (and agree to cause to be waived) any claims and assertions of moral rights or attribution with respect to your User Content.
Submissions: You acknowledge and agree that Submissions provided by you to us are at your own risk and that we have no obligations, including without limitation obligations of confidentiality, with respect to your Submissions. You hereby grant to us a fully paid, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, and fully sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, perform, display, distribute, adapt, modify, re-format, create derivative works of, and otherwise commercially or non-commercially exploit in any manner, any and all Submissions.
